Little Horsted School is a Church of England Voluntary Aided School for children 4+ - 11 years of age. Since 1971 it has also been Isfield’s primary school and therefore has strong links with the village life of Isfield. We are fortunate to have a strong partnership with the churches of St Margaret’s, Isfield and St Michael and All Angels, Little Horsted, which is adjacent to the school.
The main building dates from 1855 when the school first opened at Little Horsted.
The school is situated in delightful countryside overlooking the East Sussex National Golf Course and the South Downs. The entrance can be found at the top of the lane past the original School House. Inside the school is a highly motivated community where pupils are encouraged to develop their full potential in a Christian, caring environment.
