Delivery Info

All orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the school logo as required.

However Any items which are stocked in our stores will be normally despatched next working day.

Where we do not have the plain item in stock this will be ordered from suppliers. Once received it will be embroidered with the school logo. If this is the case it may take a little longer than usual but be assured that every effort will be made to despatch your order as quickly as possible. In the event of any major delay we will contact you to keep you informed.

All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for Post. Postage will be calculated according to the total weight of the order. This ensures customers are not penalised for ordering just one small item such as a tie.

You will be offered all applicable delivery options during the check out process.

When your order is dispatched we will send you an Email letting you know. Your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.

Schoolwear items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your Schoolwear may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order in the above timescales and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
