St Mary’s was established in February 1895 as a mixed Voluntary Aided school. The school has been the beneficiary of numerous building improvement grants in recent years and we now have an Early Years Centre, which was formally blessed and dedicated by Bishop George Stack, auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of Westminster.

We are a one-form entry school for girls and boys aged between 3 and 11 years of age. Our children are confident, happy, motivated and excited to learn. They are friendly and courteous and act as excellent ambassadors of our school. This is evident both when they are greeting and supporting visitors to the school, and when the pupils are out in the community, whether on educational visits, leading celebrations in our parish church or when carol singing in the local shopping centre.

Sew In Labels

Our Woven Name Tapes are woven to the highest standards and are available in six lettering styles and five different colours. Maximum of 30 letters and spaces. No Split orders. One Surname Only. If you require more sets simply order more. 

There is nothing more costly and annoying at school than the problem of lost clothing but for a few pence this can be a problem of the past.

By sewing in our Woven Name Tapes your childs uniform and sports kit can be identified easily and quickly.

Please be aware that you will be buying a voucher booklet off PMG which has a unique code on it. Once received You simply log onto www.thenametapecompany.co.uk and enter the unique code, along with the order details.

Alternatively you can write your order details on the "cut off" postcard and post it to them which will need a stamp.

Obviously redeeming your voucher online will make the ordering process quicker and therefore you will receive your labels much quicker - often next day.

Usually orders are despatched the day after they are received so please allow 2 to 4 working days especially at the busy times of the year. If posting you should allow 7 to 10 days in total.

As an Alternative PMG do Iron Labels which can be printed immediately and supplied either in store or with your online order.

Shoe Labels

Shoe labels. 6 Pair per pack.

we believe these shoe labels are absoutely brilliant.

they are a must-have for any childrens school shoes plimsols and trainers. They make sure that you child comes home in the right shoes after the p.E.

the labels sit on a peelable base. The actual label is just paper which allows you to write on it with a ball point pen. Above the label there is a sticky layer of clear film which is conveniently aligned to the label. The clear film protects the label from rubbing off.

once you have written on the label it goes on the inside of the shoe in the heel area.
